Java scripts are one type of codes which are mainly used on web pages to increase the web’s usability, functionality and for better user experience. Java scripts are also can be used to tell a command to your browser. For example, using a specific java script, a web page can disable right click on that page to prevent many actions like coping their contents. So some times you may want to disable your browser’s java script. There are many advantages and disadvantages of disabling or enabling Java Script from being executed from web pages. How to Disable Java Script on Firefox :
(I have made the example with Firefox 4 beta 8. And all other Mozilla based browsers like CometBird, Flock, Sea monkey should be the same.)
Go to Firefox Settings (from top left corner ) > Options. At Contents tab, unmark Java Script then OK.
Just reverse this setting to enable java script on your browser.
How to Disable Java Script on Google Chrome :
(The way for Chrome and Iron should be the same. You may already know about Iron Browser which is a privacy conscious version of chrome. Because google chrome is spying on all of us!)
Click on settings icon at the top right corner then Options. Now Under the Hood > Content Settings. Then do as I did in the photo.
Just reverse this setting to enable java script on your browser.
How to Disable JavaScript on Internet Explorer:
Click on Tools > Internet Options > Security Tab. Now click on Internet Icon then Custom Level. Now at security settings, do as I did in photo.
Just reverse this setting to enable java script on your browser.
How to Disable Java Script on Apple Safari :

Like chrome, click on settings icon at the top right corner then Preferences. Then Security tab > Uncheck “Enable Java Script“.
Just reverse this setting to enable java script on your browser.

How to Disable Java Script on Opera :
On opera Tools/Options icon > Settings > preferences > Advanced Tab. Then uncheck “Enable Java Script“.

Is this site written for window$? I am trying to figure out why I have problems with Safari not running scripts - but I can't match my screen with your example. My Safari is 5.0.5 on Leopard 10.5.8.
